5.8/10

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the location in the heart of Nairobi's business district was fantastic, there were several downsides to my experience. The rooms were quite basic and outdated, and the noise from the nearby nightclub made it difficult to sleep. On the plus side, the service from the staff was truly exceptional, and they went out of their way to assist us. Overall, I would say it’s worthwhile for its central location, but it could use some serious upgrades in comfort.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were quite basic and honestly felt outdated. They lacked proper air conditioning, which made my stay uncomfortable, especially since it was quite hot outside. The view was not great either.
Service
9.0
The service was really commendable—the staff were very nice and helpful, even pointing out an overcharge and offering us breakfast for all three of us. They truly went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable.
Location
7.0
Being right in the center of Nairobi was a big advantage. I found it very convenient to access key locations like the Parliament and the KICC exhibition center, but the area felt unsafe at times with some questionable activity nearby.
Dining
5.0
The dining experience could certainly use improvement. While breakfast was adequate and included some good options, it was quite poor in terms of variety, especially for those who enjoy red meat.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were quite basic and lacked any standout features that one would expect for a more enjoyable stay. It felt like the hotel could benefit from a renovation.
